life is too busy this year to give this ride a go.   other priorities have my attention and as such i have withdrawn.   see you out there, somehwere!

got as far as epping. slimey roads amd a chill wimd were bearable but the icy rain just was too much. 20km done hahahaha off to pub for lunch

145km tap out. 7 hours. ok considering i have not done distance for ever and wrapped up like an inuit.

the audax bike

the “second bike” currently enjoying no.1 bike status as it takes on winter training role. full long distance guise with touring saddlebag and event lighting. trimming of bike almost complete, just a couple more things to do.

Yes, it looks like i will get in to the ride after all.
